Description

The 2026 Platter  gave this wine 4½ stars and says “Elegant tannin framed for 50/40 blend showcases perfumed & floral black cherry & berry fruit.  Whiffs of liquorice & pepper, soft rounded palate complete highly enjoyable 2022.  Tim Atkin gave it 91 points in his 2025 SA report, describing it as “a well-judged Bot River blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Matured in older French oak, it’s floral, smooth and appealingly perfumed, with succulent raspberry, bramble and red cherry flavours and a violet top note.”
